Since the B&B is a small, family-run structure, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as in hotels, so each guest must communicate their expected arrival time by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving at the property without informing us about the arrival time may cause unpleasant waiting.
Upon arrival at the B&B, valid identification documents (Passport or Identity Card) must be provided, necessary for registration as required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of the Penal Code and entitles us to request the immediate abandonment of the B&B. The data of our guests is processed in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
In accordance with regional legislation, as well as for safety and respect for other guests, we do not allow the use of stoves, but we allow the consumption of ready-made meals. In such cases, please ensure the areas used are left tidy.
Daily cleaning of the rooms is carried out from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. After this time, cleaning will be postponed to the next day, so please vacate the rooms during the established cleaning hours and display the appropriate sign correctly. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days depending on the length of stay. Please note that for stays of less than 3 nights, no change of sheets or towels is made, only room cleaning. Extra changes can be requested at an additional cost.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises and rooms. Compliance with this rule stems from the need to protect non-smokers and those who come after you, as well as from the existing regulations.
Please be aware that the rooms do not have safes. Therefore, we invite you not to leave any valuables unattended in the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Guests are encouraged to always close doors and windows. The B&B declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of your belongings left in the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, and for any damage to persons or things to and from third parties. Any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the house manager.
In accordance with the B&B regulations and the Municipal Police rules, guests are requested to observe quiet hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits or additional guests, other than those staying in the B&B. Please make proper and civil use of the bathroom facilities, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the appropriate bins). In addition, it is recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners whenever leaving the room.
